I AM UNSURE ABOUT WHAT SIZE I SHOULD GET. HOW DO I FIND THIS INFORMATION?

I HAVE ALREADY PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO IT? 

Once your order is placed you cannot make changes to the order. Upon receiving your order, if changes still need to be made, please follow up with us at info@fairegrove.com.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes, we ship internationally.

CAN I CALCULATE THE COST OF SHIPPING TO MY COUNTRY? 

The cost of shipping varies by location and the weight of parcel.  To find out the exact cost of shipping to your location, please add the items of interest to your cart.  Enter all shipping information at checkout, then an estimate shipping cost will be provided. Please note this is an estimated shipping cost by carrier and will be confirmed at checkout.

AM I RESPONSIBLE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES WHEN THE SHIPMENT REACHES MY COUNTRY? HOW MUCH WILL THESE CHARGES BE? 

International duties and taxes differ from country to country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation for any of these charges.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE/RETURN AN ITEM?

You may return any purchased item for an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. At this moment we do not offer refunds for returned items. Items cannot be washed, damaged or altered in any way and MUST have all original tags attached. Upon receiving the garment we will issue an exchange. Please allow 3-4 business days for the return to process.

If you would like to set up a return please contact us at info@fairegrove.com to receive a Return Authorization number. You MUST have an RA number for your return to process. Please make sure your RA number is visible on the outside of the package for us accept and identify your return properly.

Any items being returned must be packed securely.  We recommend using a trackable shipping method, such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.  We are not liable for any lost or misplaced items being sent back.  The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original cost of shipping is not refunded for any return. We will re-ship your new item to you free of charge once we receive the item.

HOW DO I WASH THE ITEMS THAT I PURCHASED?

We offer additional care instructions that are listed under each item description on the website.  We recommend following the care labels inside the garment for optimal care.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? 

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to process.  Once your order is processed, shipment will commence.

I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION. WAS I CHARGED? 

If you did not receive an order confirmation email, it is likely you did not complete the order checkout process. Please contact us at info@fairegrove.com for further questions.

I TRIED TO CHECK MY TRACKING DETAILS BUT NO INFORMATION WAS AVAILABLE? 

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update, once order is shipped.
